$37/hour + taxes
Peak Hours
$41/hour + taxes (weeknights from 6 to 10 p.m.,
weekends from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Studio 123

Small Group rentals*
(5 people or less)

*Small group rate during peak hours is only available 7 days prior to rental date.

Cancellation policy
More than 48 hours before the rental: credit or refund can be issued, minus a 4% cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours before the rental: no credit or refund will be able to be issued.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event reservation.
A $500 security deposit is required for events. It is fully refundable if no damage is found and no additional cleaning costs are required after the event.
